1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting and using the facilities at Parc des Petits Reves ("the Park"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, parents, guardians, and children using our park facilities. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not enter or use our facilities.

These terms of service may be updated from time to time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the park after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Park Rules and Safety Guidelines

For the safety and enjoyment of all visitors, the following rules must be observed at all times:

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times and ensuring they follow all safety guidelines and ride restrictions. The park is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parc des Petits Reves, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from your visit to the park, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

4. Admission and Ticketing

Admission to the park is granted through the purchase of valid tickets or passes. All ticket sales are final unless otherwise specified in our refund policy. Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the date and time specified.

We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person from the park for violation of these terms, illegal activity, or behavior that may endanger the safety or enjoyment of other guests.

Season passes and special promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

5. Medical Conditions and Health Restrictions

Certain rides and attractions may not be suitable for individuals with specific medical conditions, including but not limited to:

Heart conditions or high blood pressure
Back, neck, or spine problems
Pregnancy
Recent surgery or injuries
Motion sickness or vertigo
Any condition that may be aggravated by physical activity

6. Weather and Operational Policies

No refunds will be provided for temporary closures due to weather, technical difficulties, or other operational needs. However, we may offer rain checks or alternative accommodations at our discretion.

Any photographs, videos, or other media taken on park premises may be used by the park for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation to the individuals depicted.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from your visit to Parc des Petits Reves shall be governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which the park is located. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through mediation before pursuing legal action.

If legal action becomes necessary, both parties agree that any claims shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the province where the park is located.
